It’s so simple and delicious to make your own cold brew coffee at home with a wonderful topping of vanilla sea salt cold foam to make it truly decadent!
- 1 cup Ground coffee, whatever your favorite
- 1 litre Cold and filtered water
- 1 cup low fat milk
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
Add the ground coffee to the filter of your cold brew pitcher. Then fill the pitcher with water and place the filter in it, sealing the pitcher with the lid. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours to infuse. In the morning, take out a blender and mix in the milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Swirl it around for a minute until it’s a nice bubbly froth. Distribute the coffee evenly and pour 1/4 of the foam over each glass. Serve and enjoy!
