Ingredients
- 1 stick Butter
- ½ cups White sugar
- ½ cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-½ tsp espresso powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- ⅔ cups Cocoa powder without sugar
- 1-¾ cup All purpose flour
- ¾ cups Espresso Chocolate Chips
- ¾ cups White chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Stir in baking powder, espresso powder, salt, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in the cocoa powder. Add the flour a little at a time until just blended. Do not overmix. Stir in both kinds of chocolate chips.
Spoon the cookie dough onto the prepared pans. Bake for 8-10 minutes just set. Do not overcook. Let cool on a cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
