A refreshing change for summer barbecue sides. Carrots, raisins, pineapple, apples, grapes, all mixed in yogurt and mayonnaise dressing. Sweet and crunchy in every bite!
- 10 ounces, weight Grated carrots
- ½ cups Raisins
- ½ cups Diced pineapples
- ½ cups Diced apple (with skin)
- ½ cups Grapes, halved
- ¼ cups Mayonnaise
- ¼ cups Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Sea salt
Combine carrots, raisins, pineapple, apple and grapes in a large bowl.
Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar and salt and pour over the salad. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until cold.
