These little bites of cinnamon sunflower seeds are perfect when you’re on the go and need a quick pick-me-up. The sweetness of honey and the crunch of roasted seeds and nuts make a delicious combination.

Ingredients
- ½ cups Sun-flower seeds
- ¼ cups Almonds, chopped
- ¾ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Dear
- Salt – small pinch
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
Now for the sticky part. Make 15 small heaps of the mixture on your parchment paper. I used the measuring teaspoon and it makes a good sized bite.
Bake for 5 minutes. Let cool completely before removing them from the parchment paper.
