This cinnamon raisin oatmeal recipe is so simple, yet so delicious!
- ½ cups Oatmeal
- ½ cups Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp Plain Greek yogurt
- ⅛ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons Raisins (can also use dried cherries or cranberries)
Combine rolled oats, unsweetened almond milk, plain yogurt, pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, chia seeds and raisins in a mason jar or airtight container. (You can either leave in layers like this, or stir to combine.) Place the jar in the fridge for 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
Can be enjoyed cold straight out of the fridge or reheated in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
