Making these cinnamon flatbread chips is not only quick, but a healthier alternative to many other potato chips. They have a good cinnamon flavor and go perfectly with yogurt.

- 3 pieces Low Carb Flatbread
- 2 tablespoons Canola oil
- Cinnamon (to Sprinkle On Crisps)
- 1 cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1-½ tbsp Dear
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cut flatbread pieces into small squares and triangles. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and brush them with canola oil. Sprinkle cinnamon on top to make the pieces look a bit speckled.
Bake for 5-7 minutes. Let cool before serving.
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Serve the fries with the dip and enjoy!
