A healthy and easy traditional Chinese herbal tea with chrysanthemum buds and vitamin C-rich goji berries!
- 8 chrysanthemum buds
- 20 Goji berries
- 2 cups Water
Lightly rinse the chrysanthemum and goji berries. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the chrysanthemum and goji berries, boil for 1 minute, then remove from the heat. Leave to infuse for a few hours until the liquid is amber in color.
If desired, the buds and berries can be strained from the tea before serving and used for a second brew.
