Ingredients
- 6 ounces, weight White rasins
- 1-¾ ounce, weight Sunflower seeds (shelled)
- 3-½ ounces, weight oats
- 1 ounce, weight flax seed
- 1 ounce, weight Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Salt

- 3 tablespoons Unrefined cane sugar
- 1-¾ ounce, weight Hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1-¾ ounce, weight Dried cranberries
Preparation
Soak the raisins in hot water and let sit for 2 hours to soften the raisins. Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet, toast the sunflower seeds.
Drain the soaked raisins. In a blender, add raisins, oats, flax seeds, toasted sunflower seeds, cocoa powder, salt, cinnamon, orange zest, coconut oil and sugar. Mix until it forms a sticky dough, adding 1 or 2 teaspoons of water if necessary. Finally, add the chopped hazelnuts and cranberries and mix with your hands.
On plastic wrap, roll out the dough into a square about 0.4 to 0.6 inches (1 to 1.5 cm) thick. Wrap completely in plastic wrap for 2-3 hours. Cut into bars and serve.
