Ingredients
- ¾ cups Natural creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder without sugar
- Stevia to taste
Preparation
Line a mini muffin pan with mini muffin cups.
Place peanut butter and coconut oil in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave until smooth and melted, about 1 minute. Whisk the cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in stevia to taste.
Fill muffin cavities about 3/4 full. Carefully place the mold in the fridge and chill until firm, about 1 hour. Devour!
Note: Be sure to store them in the fridge or they will melt!
