An easy 4-ingredient, sugar-free, low-carb dessert! Delicious and simple!

Preparation: 10 minutes

To cook: –

Level: Easy

Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Natural creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder without sugar
  • Stevia to taste

Preparation

Line a mini muffin pan with mini muffin cups.

Place peanut butter and coconut oil in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave until smooth and melted, about 1 minute. Whisk the cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in stevia to taste.

Fill muffin cavities about 3/4 full. Carefully place the mold in the fridge and chill until firm, about 1 hour. Devour!

Note: Be sure to store them in the fridge or they will melt!
