Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Grated chocolate
- 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
- Ice, as needed
- 2 ounces, liquid Chocolate Liquor
- 1 ounce, liquid Cocoa cream
- 1 ounce, liquid Vodka
- 1 ounce, liquid Half half
Preparation
Put the grated chocolate on a plate. Put a small amount of chocolate syrup on the tip of your finger and run down the rim of the martini glass. Turn the glass upside down and gently run the edge through the grated chocolate.
Fill the martini shaker halfway with ice. Add chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, vodka and half and half. Cover the martini shaker and shake gently.
Swirl the remaining chocolate syrup into the glass. Pour the martini into the prepared glass. Serve immediately.
