Let me tell you about these chocolate fudge brownies. They are very gooey, very rich (read: high butter/sugar/flour ratio). My mom has been making them forever and no other recipe compares. And my friends all tell me that. So good served warm and with Hagen Daz vanilla ice cream.

Level: Easy

- 1 cup brown sugar
- ⅔ cups Cocoa powder
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1 cup All purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the white and brown sugar and cocoa powder.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the eggs to the butter-sugar mixture. Mix well with a whisk.
Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture and stir in. Add the vanilla and mix.
Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 11 pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Leave to cool for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
