These chocolate covered pound cake bites are a sweet, no-bake, portable, poppable and delicious recipe!
Preparation:

Level: Easy
Ingredients
- 1 whole (Size 16 oz.) Frozen Pound Cake
- 2 cups Dark chocolate wafers or dark chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons Sprinkle for garnish, if desired
Preparation
Remove the pound cake from the freezer and let thaw slightly, about 5 to 10 minutes. This will make cutting the cake easier. However, you want it to stay mostly frozen so the cake doesn’t crumble when dipped in melted chocolate.
Line a large baking dish (or flat surface) with parchment paper.
Quarter the pound lengthwise, then cut it into about 8-10 slices. From there, cut into small cubes, if desired. Put aside.
In medium bowl, melt dark chocolate wafers/chips on medium in microwave, stirring every 15 seconds so they don’t burn, until smooth. Working one at a time, dip each pound cube into the melted chocolate, making sure all sides are coated. Place on parchment paper. Garnish with sprinkles. Repeat until all cubes are coated with chocolate.
Place the pan in the fridge to harden the chocolate for faster results. You can also just keep it on the counter, if you like. Keep in cool until serving. Enjoy!
