If you love tahini, then you’re going to love this super easy, no-bake chocolate chip tahini freezer fudge. The perfect treat or snack to keep in your freezer!
- 1 cup Tahini
- ¾ cups Coconut Flour
- ½ cups Maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons Nut milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ cups Chocolate chips, or to taste
- Sea salt, to taste
Line a loaf pan (or 8×8 should work) with parchment paper.
Mix everything except the chocolate chips and sea salt. Press the batter into the pan (it’s easier to use your hands) and sprinkle the top with chocolate chips. (Use as much as you want. I used about 1/2 cup.) Press down on the chocolate chips so they stick. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Freeze at least 1 hour before slicing. Store in the freezer.
