Ingredients
- 1 box (size 15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- ⅓ cups Oatmeal
- ⅓ cups Natural peanut butter
- ⅛ cups Almond milk
- ¼ cups Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ⅓ cups dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the chickpeas, oatmeal, peanut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, baking powder and vanilla in a high speed blender or food processor and use the stick of the blender to mash them until you have a more or less smooth paste (it’s ok if there are still a few pieces of chickpeas left).
Put the dough in a bowl and add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula. Use your hands to form small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
Put the plate in the oven and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy warm or keep in an airtight container for a week!
