Ingredients
- 4 rooms Chicken Breast Or Chicken Thighs
- To rub:
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons Lime zest
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Start the smoker and preheat to 250F. Add wood chips.
Combine the ingredients for the spicy marinade and generously season the chicken.
Place the chicken in the smoker and cook for about 1.5 hours or when the internal temperature reaches 165F.
