Protein salads are very nutritious and full of flavor.
Our Cherry Tomato Chickpea Salad has become our favorite salad over the past few days.

Ingredients
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 1 whole Pepper
- 10 whole Cherry tomatoes
- 5 tablespoons cooked chickpeas
- ½ whole Red onion
- ½ cups Parsley
- FOR SCREWING:
- 1 tbsp Flax seed oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
Preparation
Prepare all the ingredients. We use jarred chickpeas, but if you have the time, you can cook your own chickpeas. Cut the bell pepper and cherry tomatoes into bite-size pieces. Chop the red onion and the parsley.
To do the dressing add all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and stir until combined. Put aside.
In a large bowl, add all the salad ingredients. To pay dressing above. Mix everything together until combined.
