Ingredients
- 1 pound Angel Hair Spaghetti
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- Oil, as needed for cooking
- 1 whole Onion, chopped
- 1 whole Pepper, chopped
- 4 cups Cooked chicken
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 cans (Size 10 1/2 Oz) Chicken Soup
- 2-½ cups Grated cheese, divided
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Cook pasta according to box instructions, using broth instead of water. Reserve the pasta broth.
While pasta cooks, sauté onion and bell pepper in oil until softened.
In a 9×13 inch casserole, combine the chicken, spaghetti, bell pepper, onion, seasoned salt, cream soup and 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Stir in 1 to 2 cups of pasta broth.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Top with remaining cheese.
