- 1 pound Ground chicken
- ½ cups Grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- Your favorite pizza toppings
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Add ground chicken, cheese, Italian seasoning and salt to a bowl. Mix well with your hands.
Place the mixture on a piece of parchment paper and roll out into a pizza shape about 1/2 inch thick. Place the pizza dough and parchment paper directly on the oven rack. Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings. I added pizza sauce and more cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Slice and serve.
