Easy to make and full of flavor, this cherry balsamic pasta salad is the perfect summer dish to enjoy all season long!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Farfalle dry pasta (or any type you prefer)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1-½ tbsp White balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces, weight Fresh black cherries, pitted and halved (about 3/4 cup halved cherries)
- ¼ Red onion, diced
- ¼ cups Crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, to garnish if desired
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse immediately under cold water.
Add the noodles to a large bowl, along with the olive oil, white balsamic vinegar and garlic powder. Mix to coat.
Add cherries, red onion, feta cheese, salt and pepper. Mix. Add more white balsamic vinegar and/or salt and pepper, if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
