A Cheese Sausage and Potato Casserole recipe is a one pot meal idea that is made in the skillet with au gratin potatoes, sausage and mixed vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Smoked sausage, halved and sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 box (size 4 3/4 oz.) Potatoes au gratin
- 2 cups Water
- ½ cups Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 bag (Size 8 oz) Frozen Oriental Stir Fry Vegetables
Preparation
In a skillet, brown the sausage. Once golden, place on a plate lined with paper towel and set aside.
In the skillet, add the potatoes with the contents of the sauce mix, water, milk and butter. Cover and cook over medium heat for 18 to 20 minutes until potatoes are almost tender, stirring frequently.
Add the vegetables. Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until potatoes and vegetables are tender.
Stir in the browned smoked sausage pieces and stir to combine.
