Ingredients
- 1 package (32 oz. size) Frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups Sour cream
- 1 box (Size 10 1/4 Oz) Chicken Soup
- ½ cups Melted butter
- ½ cups chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
Preparation
In a very large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Pour the hash brown mixture into a greased 11×14-inch baking dish. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Remarks:
• This can be baked in a 9×13 inch pan, just increase the baking time a bit.
