Ingredients
- FOR THE SAUCE:
- ⅓ cups Mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Mustard
- FOR THE TOTCHO:
- 2 books Frozen Tater Tots
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- ½ cups chopped onion
- 1 pound Ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 sheets Romaine lettuce hearts, washed and shredded
- 8 ounces, weight Colby cheese, grated
- 1 Large tomato, diced
- ¾ cups Dill pickles
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until beginning to brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter and add the onion. Cook 3 minutes. Add ground beef, season to taste with salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink.
When the tater tots are crispy, remove them from the oven and sprinkle them with the cooked ground beef in an even layer. Garnish with grated cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. Drizzle sauce over it. Serve immediately.
