- 4 Grape or cherry tomatoes
- 16 Thin Walnut Crackers
- 16 sheets Fresh basilic
- 16 slices Chipotle cheddar cheese
- ¼ cups FIG jam
- 1 tbsp raw honey
Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise, then in half widthwise.
Place the crackers on a platter. Garnish each cracker with a basil leaf. Top with a slice of cheese and a dollop of fig spread. Top with tomatoes and drizzle with honey.
