Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground clove
- 2 tablespoons Grounded ginger
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons Ground cardamom
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
Preparation
Add the spices to the jar and swirl until well blended. Be sure to use an airtight container to store spices to keep them fresh.
To make a chai latte:
Add ¼ teaspoon spice blend to a small saucepan with 1 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup water. Add ½ teaspoon of coconut sugar or a sweetener of your choice. Add 1 rooibos tea bag to the pot. Let simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. If you want to make it frothy, blend for 5 seconds before serving.
