Ingredients
- ¼ cups Olive oil
- 2 cloves Chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoons onion powder
- ¼ teaspoons Powdered red peppers
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 head (about 3 lb size) Cauliflower
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, parsley, paprika, onion powder, crushed red pepper, salt and black pepper.
Remove the leaves and cut off the stem end of the cauliflower. Leave the core intact. Place the cauliflower stalk side down on a sturdy cutting board. Cut 1/2 inch wide sections.
Brush both sides of the steak with the olive oil mixture and place it on a well-seasoned baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping steaks halfway through cooking.
