A refreshing drink prepared in minutes.
- 2 cups Cantaloupe coarsely cut, peeled and seeded, plus 3 pieces, for garnish
- 2 cups Frozen or fresh strawberries, stems removed, plus 3 strawberries, for garnish
- 5 sheets Fresh mint
- 3 cups Water
- ½ cups Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar, or to taste
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut, to garnish (optional)
In a blender, add the cantaloupe, strawberries, mint, water, coconut milk and sugar. Blend on the juice setting or another high speed option. Pour the mixture through a colander or cheesecloth into a large bowl or container with a pour spout.
Serve the strained agua fresca over lots of ice and garnish with strawberries, cantaloupe and shredded coconut (optional).
