Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Pepper, diced
- 1 Chicken breast, cubed or sliced
- 150 grams Peeled and cleaned prawns
- 150 grams Smoked pork sausage, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
Preparation
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large shallow pan over medium heat. Saute garlic, onion, pepper and chicken for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and smoked sausage and cook for a few minutes. Stir in Cajun seasoning and oregano. Season to taste and cook for another minute or until the chicken is done.
Serve with crispy potatoes or rice.
