Preparation: 5 minutes

To cook: 15 minutes

Level: Easy

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Pepper, diced
  • 1 Chicken breast, cubed or sliced
  • 150 grams Peeled and cleaned prawns
  • 150 grams Smoked pork sausage, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano

Preparation

Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large shallow pan over medium heat. Saute garlic, onion, pepper and chicken for 5 minutes.

Add the shrimp and smoked sausage and cook for a few minutes. Stir in Cajun seasoning and oregano. Season to taste and cook for another minute or until the chicken is done.

Serve with crispy potatoes or rice.
