Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Penne
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 whole Green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cups caesar sauce
- ½ cups Grated parmesan
- Croutons for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Cook penne according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Drain well.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Collapse dressing and Parmesan until well blended.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Just before serving, garnish with croutons if desired.
