- 4 slices Bacon
- 3 tablespoons Canola oil, divided
- 1 pound Kielbasa sausage sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- 1 Large sweet onion halved then cut into thin croissants
- 1 Red bell pepper, julienned
- ½ heads Green cabbage, cut into thin strips
- 2 cloves Chopped garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the bacon in the wok over medium heat, turning the center slices outwards. Place on absorbent paper to drain and set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon of canola oil to the wok and heat over high heat. Add kielbasa and cook until lightly browned. Remove to plate.
Add another tablespoon of canola oil to the wok and heat over high heat until smoking. Add onion and red pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring several times. Remove to plate.
Add 1 tablespoon of remaining canola oil to wok over high heat. Add cabbage and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring several times. Reduce the heat, add the garlic and cook for 1 additional minute. Sprinkle bacon on top. Salt and pepper to taste.
