- ½ Chopped green cabbage
- 1 cup Celery, diced
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth or vegetable broth
- 2 cups Diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 envelopes (Single serving size) Miso soup powder
- 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
In a slow cooker, add all the ingredients. Cook for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with bread or crackers (gluten free) and garnish with fresh parsley.
