Carrot Slaw is a perfect, quick and easy summer salad.
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 140 grams shredded cabbage
- 1 whole Carrot
- 1 whole spring onion
- FOR SCREWING:
- 1 tbsp Flax seed oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Prepare all the ingredients. Chop the spring onion. Thinly slice the cabbage into strips. If you have a mandolin, use it to cut the carrot. Alternatively, you can use a peeler, like we did, to quickly slice it into very thin strips.
To do the dressing add all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and stir until combined. Put aside.
In a large bowl, add all the salad ingredients. To pay dressing above. Mix everything together until combined.
