These caramel pudding blondies are so moist and tasty for dessert! The pudding mix and caramel bits make every bite delicious.

Preparation: 15 minutes

Cook: 45 minutes

Level: Easy

Serves: 16

Ingredients

  • 3 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 sticks Butter softened at room temperature
  • 2-½ cups Dark brown sugar
  • 1 box (3 oz size) Caramel Pudding Mix
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1-½ cup Butterscotch Chips

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish very well with cooking spray.

Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk together. Next, set up a stand mixer and combine the butter, sugar, and caramel pudding mixture in its bowl. Beat them together until frothy, then add each egg one at a time. Finally, slowly add the dry ingredients until you have a soft, sticky dough. Turn off the mixer and switch to a spatula to incorporate the butterscotch chips.

Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and smooth into an even layer. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the center is firm and a toothpick comes out completely clean. Allow tray to cool for at least 1 hour, then cut to desired size. Serve and enjoy! They also keep well sealed for 3-4 days.
