Ingredients
- 1-½ pound Ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 4 slices Bacon
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 8 Eggs
- 4 Glazed Donuts
Preparation
Form 6-ounce patties with the ground beef. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill the burgers to your liking, about 4 minutes on each side.
Fry the bacon until cooked.
In a sauté pan, over medium heat, add the oil and butter and heat until the butter is melted. Fry the eggs, 2 at a time, in the oil and butter mixture until the egg whites are firm and the yolks are still runny.
Slice the donuts and top with a hamburger patty, a slice of bacon and 2 eggs.
