I don’t know anyone who likes broccoli. And I found a solution to make it really delicious.
- 2 heads Broccoli
- 700 milliliters Water
- 1 Onion, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Potato, peeled and cut into pieces
- 200 grams Crumbled Gorgonzola
- 1 tbsp Finely grated parmesan
Cut off the tough stems of the broccoli and cut it into small pieces. Prepare a pot with water, add broccoli, onion, salt and oregano and boil for about 30 minutes.
Add the peeled potato and boil for another 20 minutes. When the vegetables are cooked, drain and keep the broth.
Using a hand blender, purée the vegetables, adding as much broth as desired. Bring the soup back to heat over low heat and stir in the gorgonzola. Remove from the heat and add the parmesan.
