Ingredients
- 1 head Broccoli cut into florets
- ½ heads Cauliflower, cut into florets
- ¼ whole Onion, thinly sliced
- 3 bands Bacon, Cooked And Chopped
- ⅓ cups Raisins
- ⅓ cups Chopped and toasted pecans
- ½ cups Plain Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cups Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic (very finely chopped)
- ½ whole Lemon, juice
- Salt to taste
Preparation
In a large bowl, add broccoli, cauliflower, onion, bacon, raisins and pecans.
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, garlic, lemon and a few pinches of salt. Taste it dressing and season more if desired.
Pour all the dressing over salad and toss to coat well. Taste once more for seasoning and store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve, up to overnight.
