Perfect for lunch or dinner.
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 100 grams Cooked rice
- 7 whole Steamed Brussels sprouts
- 3 whole Radishes
- 1 whole Tomato
- 60 grams Steamed broccoli
- ½ teaspoon Hemp hearts, for garnish
- FOR SCREWING:
- ½ whole Lemon
- 1 tbsp Homemade chickpea hummus
- 1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
Add the cooked rice to a plate or bowl.
Finely chop all the vegetables. Add to rice and set aside.
For the dressing, whisk together all ingredients until emulsified and smooth. To pay dressing over salad and toss to combine. Sprinkle the salad with hemp seeds.
