Over the past two months, this berry breakfast smoothie has become my favorite. I especially enjoy it because it’s something I can eat on the go: on the way to work, when I get to work, and even when I’m getting ready in the morning. The protein in the yogurt and whey powder give a great start to the day, and the fiber in the flax and chia seeds keep me full until lunch.
- 1 cup Fage Greek Yogurt 0%
- 1 cup Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ¾ cups Organic frozen berries
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Ground flax seeds
- ¼ cups whey powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth.
