Ingredients
- FOR THE BARLEY MALT SYRUP:
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ cups Water
- ¼ cups barley syrup
- FOR THE COCKTAIL:
- 2 ounces, liquid Bourbon (Bulleitt)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Barley malt syrup
- 3 blocks Ice cream or milk
Preparation
For the barley malt syrup:
Heat the water and add the sugar. Stir until completely dissolved. Add the barley syrup. Stir until fully incorporated. Cool before use.
For the cocktail:
In a shaker, mix the bourbon, milk and barley malt syrup with ice. Shake until frothy. Strain into a prepared Collins glass with 2-3 ice cream or milk cubes.
