Blueberries are one of the most nutritious foods out there. When in season, these little berries are sweet and juicy. I created this Blueberry Watermelon Delight drink on a hot summer afternoon and it was quite refreshing. Plus, you get all the health benefits of blueberries.

- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Blueberries, divided
- ¾ pounds watermelon cubes
Preparation
In a blender, combine water, 3/4 cup frozen blueberries and watermelon. Pour into glasses and add the remaining blueberries.
Note: If you’re looking for something more filling, simply substitute 1/2 cup water for 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt.
