- 1 whole Fresh ripe peach
- 1 cup Non-fat plain yogurt, divided (see note)
- ½ cups Blueberries
- 2 teaspoons Honey or Stevia, or as needed (optional)
Preparation
For the peach smoothie, using a hand blender or tabletop blender, blend the peach and 1/2 cup yogurt until smooth. Optionally add sweetener and mix well. Pour into a glass or mug and set aside
For the blueberry smoothie, using a hand blender or tabletop blender, blend blueberries and remaining 1/2 cup yogurt until smooth. Optionally add sweetener and mix well.
To assemble the smoothie pops, pour the smoothie mix into popsicle molds in different layers. (You can find popsicle molds at any grocery store; I bought mine from Ikea.) Place the popsicle stick in the center. Place in the freezer for 3 hours or until frozen.
The easiest way to unmold is to briefly run under hot water. Enjoy!
Note: The yogurt I use is very runny. If yours is thick or you’re using Greek yogurt, you may need to add a tablespoon or two of milk.
