Ingredients
- FOR THE PUDDING:
- 60 grams Fresh blackberries
- 120 milliliters Unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Grated coconut
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
- FOR GARNISH :
- 10 grams coconut flakes
- 2 whole Fresh blueberries
Preparation
Add blackberries and non-dairy milk to a blender and blend over high heat until smooth. Put aside.
In a small mason jar (or small glass), add the chia seeds, shredded coconut, maple syrup, and mixed berry mixture. Stir until combined. Tighten lid (or cover with plastic wrap). Place the chia pudding in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Before serving, add coconut flakes and blackberries over the chia pudding.
