Beef meatballs with grandmother’s tomato sauce and rosemary.

Ingredients
- 500 grams Ground beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- ⅓ cups Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 300 milliliters Tomato sauce
- Fresh rosemary, to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
In a bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix and shape into meatballs of desired size.
Prepare a baking sheet or baking sheet and spread the meatballs on it. Once the oven is preheated, place the sheet in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
While the meatballs cook, place a saucepan over medium heat and heat the tomato sauce (you may need to season it with sugar or salt, to taste). Once the meatballs are ready, transfer them to the tomato sauce. Add the rosemary and cover with a lid. Cook for 10 minutes.
Serve with pasta or whatever suits your fancy.
