The only broccoli recipe you’ll ever need. It will become a family staple!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Broccoli, cut florets, stemless
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ¼ cups Prosciutto, cubed
- ¼ cups Pine nuts
- 2 cloves cut garlic
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- ¼ cups Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
Put the broccoli in a bowl and toss with the olive oil, prosciutto, pine nuts and garlic. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
Roast for 15 to 20 minutes. Be careful with pine nuts; if left alone they will burn, so stir often.
Once golden, remove from oven and garnish with lemon zest and juice. Sprinkle with grated parmesan. Serve immediately.
