- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 2 whole Bananas
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 3-½ ounces, weight Frozen blackberries
- 3-½ ounces, weight Frozen blueberries
- 2-⅔ ounces, weight Frozen raspberries
- 2-⅔ ounces, weight Frozen strawberries
- 2 ounces, weight protein powder
- 800 ounces, fluid Water
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
