  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 2 whole Bananas
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 3-½ ounces, weight Frozen blackberries
  • 3-½ ounces, weight Frozen blueberries
  • 2-⅔ ounces, weight Frozen raspberries
  • 2-⅔ ounces, weight Frozen strawberries
  • 2 ounces, weight protein powder
  • 800 ounces, fluid Water

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
