These easy banana pancakes are perfect. If you’re in a hurry, they’re ideal because they don’t take a lot of time to make.
I found these pancakes to be light, fluffy, and the banana and cinnamon combination works incredibly well.
Preparation:
To cook:
Level: Easy
Ingredients
- 120 grams Flour
- 15 grams Sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 whole banana
- 2 whole Eggs
- 6 tablespoons Milk
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Put aside.
In another bowl, slice the banana and with a fork or potato masher, mash until pureed. (A ripe banana will be easier to mash.) Add the eggs and milk to the banana and stir until combined.
Pour in the flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Heat a saucepan or skillet over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, pour a ladleful of batter into the center of the pan. Cook on one side until it begins to bubble, then flip and cook for a few minutes on the other side until fully cooked.
