Ingredients
- FOR THE PUDDING:
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- ½ teaspoon Cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Grated coconut
- 100 milliliters Unsweetened non-dairy milk
- FOR GARNISH :
- ½ whole Banana
- 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter
Preparation
Add the pudding ingredients to a jar (or small glass) and stir. Tighten lid or cover with plastic wrap. Place the chia pudding in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Slice the banana into rounds and add over the chia pudding. Pour the peanut butter over the bananas.
