Frozen bananas give it a creamy, smooth texture without whole milk or added sugar. Go bananas!

Update

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen banana pieces
  • ¾ cups Skim milk, or as needed
  • 3 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Ground flax seed meal

Preparation

In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Puree until smooth.

If smoothie is too thick, add more skim milk until desired consistency is reached. Serve.
