Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen banana pieces
- ¾ cups Skim milk, or as needed
- 3 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Ground flax seed meal
Preparation
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Puree until smooth.
If smoothie is too thick, add more skim milk until desired consistency is reached. Serve.
