A simple recipe with explosive flavors!
- 1 bunch Carrots
- ¾ cups Balsamic vinegar
- ⅓ cups Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley and sea salt, to garnish
Wash and pat the carrots dry, then transfer them to a bowl and set aside. Add balsamic vinegar to a small bowl and slowly stir in olive oil and garlic powder until all ingredients are combined. Pour the mixture over the carrots and let them marinate for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil and lay the carrots in a single layer. Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour, depending on desired doneness. Garnish with sea salt and parsley and enjoy!
