Ingredients
- 4 Tilapia fillets
- Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Lemon herb butter
- 4 slices Lemon, To Garnish (optional)
- FOR THE LEMON AND HERB BUTTER:
- ½ cups Softened butter
- 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- ½ teaspoon Dried sage
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ½ Lemon, juice
- Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Lightly grease the baking sheet.
Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper. Put 1/2 tablespoon lemon and herb butter in each fillet. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
For the Lemon Herb Butter, just mix all the ingredients well.
