Crispy, smoked and spicy sweet potato wedges! You really can’t go wrong serving them with any meal. Did I mention quick and easy?

Ingredients
- 2 Medium Sweet Potatoes
- 1-½ tbsp chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoons Black pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Cut the potatoes into wedges. Start by cutting the potato in half, then make 3 wedges from each half.
Pre-mix all the spices and cornstarch in a small bowl.
In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil and spices. You can use a rubber spatula or get in there and get your hands dirty!
Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, foil or a wire rack. Bake for 25 minutes and check to see if they are cooked. I take the biggest piece and prick it with a fork to check if they are cooked.
Serve immediately. Enjoy!
